Kaulin Mfg.co. Ltd., was established in 1965. Over the course of the past five decades, Kaulin has devoted itself with a slogan “Sew Much Better”, to deliver exceptional Industrial Sewing Machines. Technologies are advancing. In this transformative era, industrial sewing machines are evolving rapidly. One of their initial lines of products was portable bag closers for industrial application. The company moved into contract manufacture of Overlock Industrial Sewing Machines for renowned brands such as Singer, Rimoldi etc. Realising the huge demand of sewing machines in the market Kaulin introduced the Siruba range of Overlock machines in 1981. The company expanded its product range to include Interlock machines in 1991, followed by multi needle Chainstitch and Interlock range a few years later. Lockstitch range of machines was introduced in 1998.

The company went on to introduce a whole range of machinery in the following years catering to different product lines such as knits, woven, jeans, leather goods, home textiles, jute products etc.
